Natural (undyed and unstabilised) turquoise is teamed with big round aquamarine beads, one of which is wrapped in a natural brass filigree.Natural brass is not treated in any way. It comes from Vintaj Brass in the USA and is as expensive to buy as sterling silver! I think it works really well with turquoise and have finished this necklace with a natural Vintaj brass swirl toggle. This needs a bit of practice to undo, but you'll soon get the hang of it!Turquoise is such a soft stone that it is often stabilised with resin to make it more durable. The turquoise here is completely natural so needs handling with care!A light necklace, just right for summer!The necklace is 19" (482mm) in length.
