Pretty Creative at Hawthorn-Lane was set up in January 2005 to enable me to generate an income from home whilst looking after my family. We live in a remote area and it is important to me to be able to be there for them as and when they need me.
A lover of pretty and sparkly things in a household full of men, Pretty Creative enables me to express my more feminine side, and my creativity.
My business philosophy is very much to do as you would be done by in all aspects of the business, from ordering goods, through handling enquiries, to packing and after sales service.
I always try to give the sort of service I myself would like to receive. This can be a challenge, especially during school holiday times, when I have to split myself between work and entertaining my 3 children. Delivery dispatch times can suffer slightly at these times and I hope that you will understand and take this into consideration.
Pretty Creative is a strictly mail order only business and I ask that you respect my family's privacy regarding this. I do not offer facilities for collection of orders nor physical product viewing opportunities.
My business is important to me, as is my family, and with patience, a sense of humour and plenty of hard work, I find that the two can rub along successfully together.
I am forever looking at ways in which I can adapt my business to better suit the needs of my customers, and welcome any ideas or suggestions you may have.
